BlueLE Chat app enables you to chat with a peer user wirelessly without needing an internet connection or a wifi router. BlueLE Chat app connects to a peer BlueLE Chat app using Bluetooth Low Energy technology.
BlueLE Chat could initiate an outgoing Chat connection or it could wait for an incoming Chat connection.
BlueLE Chat connects to peer devices using the following Service UUID and Characteristic UUID.
